Constantly cutting benefits Upper management is punishing employees for companies poor performance You have to pay for parking now Management scolds you for going to ER on the companies insurance policy No raises Company is requiring in office work on Mondays Wednesday’s and fridays going forward Hiring and promotions are on pause Very low moral
