Was Good Til It Wasn't

Pros

-Great culture and people -Very supportive environment

Cons

-Phone queue feels like a call center. -Hosts get very frustrated with the claims process and having to talk to multiple people and explain their situation multiple times. -They reduced their perks and benefits for employees. -Laid off a large percentage of the workforce without warning.

Great vision, mission, and solid plan for potential success

Cons

The pay is VERY low for what is expected from people. Everything is masked in feedback but comes off as genuinely unfriendly at times. Leadership seems to only take direction from the top as opposed to providing solid differences in opinion
