      Pros

      Since everyone is doing the bare minimum and doesn't even do their job, you can probably slack off too.

      Cons

      Everybody competent left in 2025. What's left is horrible managers, directors, etc. Your hard work and skills mean nothing. They only promote their best friends. Everyone is very fake.

      Some of the people you work with are great.

      Cons

      The ship is sinking. Turo is the classic example of a start up that loses focus of its goals and only worries about money. All the benefits are being stripped away and return to office M,W,F was poorly executed. Turo is more worried about their bottom line than the people who made them who they are.
