Pros

Decent product - you can chill Flexible PTO

Cons

Career here will nosedive under terrible leadership. Drinking Kool-aid and gaslighting is the norm here. Teams are garbage, no sense of ownership. Regressive mindsets with zero innovation. They will keep disrespecting you behind your back while you keep playing whack a mole with. Non-existent quality control. Mr. Head of Australia is taking over US business, the absolute final nail in the coffin.

Pros

Consumer facing brand, product actually works

Cons

Management has soured over the time that I have worked here, actively taking steps to make your work experience worse. Pay is also at least 15% below market, a fact which this company strangely prides itself on. They are also soon going to come out with return to office.
