Pros

The product definitely has potential. It’s complex, with some genuinely interesting challenges to work through. There are a lot of sharp engineers on board. The product team’s a bit of a mixed bag—some folks come off as a bit elitist and can be pretty tough on their teammates, while others are down-to-earth, talented, and eager to collaborate

Cons

Used to be a place where work-life balance was genuinely respected. Lately, though, it feels like it’s all about optics and looking busy. The pay’s not amazing, and that whole “top place to work” thing feels more like branding than reality. Leadership can be a bit all over the place, but somehow it’s the folks on the ground who end up taking the blame. I’m a bit disappointed, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this as a healthy place to work
