Pros

Great mentorship and support from other engineers when stuck. If you want to become a better iOS engineer, this place could be good

Cons

- Big part of work was converting objective c files to swift and after a while, it gets extremely boring. All the cool projects are worked on by staff engineers while mid level are left migrating legacy codebase - I tried being friends with other fellow engineers on team but they lacked social skills and it just wasn't a vibe - The manager wasn't supportive: I wanted to change my career from software to product but he refused to help me transition and he never appreciated the work I did

Pros

Hybrid environment is pretty flexible In office perks are awesome Company retreat is fun CEO is very down to earth

Cons

Leadership has gotten away from their original messaging. Within my team micro management has been really bad. They’re transparent about financials but almost a bit too much as to scare the employees.
