Pros

Great company culture, helpful staff, good in-house snacks, good benefits

Cons

You are judged based on the host getting what they want. Surveys! Surveys! Surveys! Your success, is based on the reaction of the host once their claim is completed. Once the reality of the job sinks in, the snacks and perks start to become an afterthought. The stress of the workload per person has a limit before you literally cannot do anymore. There is no mercy from management and they are just not hiring enough people and the turnover rate is extremely high, which means that everything will come down on you. If you are not an octopus, this job will have a time limit, unless you are able to get out of claims. There is a honeymoon phase at Turo with all the great snacks, uppity atmostphere. You will soon realize that it is all just an act to keep you impressed. You will end up working everynight at home, on weekends and still you will not get everything completed. The company likes to have meetings that can run hours long and really only serve to stroke upper management's ego on how great they are. Those very meetings take away valuable time away from doing your job, which in turns hurts you and the company. You will see this almost immediately once hired. After 6 months, you will not be so eager to sit for over an hour to hear about how great Turo France is doing. All could have been sent in a simple email. I would say that Turo is not a long term job. If you are very fast, make no errors and enjoy having no personal life, you might last longer.
