      Pros

      Turo values their culture so much. It is not something we talk about, but we live it. Turo encourages your development and gives all employees the ability to do that.

      Turo is growing and we cannot hire people fast enough.

      - Small company feel- even as we continue to grow. We hired over 300 talented Turists last year! Every single one has been introduced to the global All Hands- and has shared a "fun fact" and a little about themselves. - Our CEO is intentional when it comes to our culture. There's a HUGE focus on our PEOPLE, DEVELOPMENT, INNOVATION- and a stipend to further one's knowledge and skill set - 2 "Turbo Weeks" a year: The entire company, globally (UK, France, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, Phoenix and San Francisco + the list continues to grow...) travels to a specific destination to spend time TOGETHER! Work hard, play hardER! Updates from each AOR, then social events in the evening!
