      Your colleagues care about you as a person. People on the product team are also super talented.

      Less structured than I expected as a company of more than 500 people, e.g., all the internal communication is in Slack.

      Pros

      The most fun, engaging, and rewarding work environment where titles don't matter. I am an individual contributor however my team always includes me in decisions, and my opinion is validated and considered. The pay is extremely good, and the fringe benefits are awesome. Free healthcare for the employee is just another bonus - Office environment is a blast - you can tell everyone there is just happy and grateful to be part of the team. The CEO, President, General Counsel and Chief People Officer are 100% approachable, they engage and honestly care about the business, the employees and the hosts!

      401k and tuition reimbursement match is not comparable to that of other tech companies.
