Upper management had a tendency to be unprofessional, airing dirty laundry of the company often in public settings. Corporate communication was terrible and scattered. Day to day functions at site level were not understood by DFO's or VPs leading to unrealistic expectations from both your company and your customer. Compensation aligned with someone just entering the job market, benefits are substandard. HR offers little to no support in improving work environment for field employees.
A side note- for a company with women at the helm as co-CEOs, the very least you could offer the women in your company would be some kind of women's leadership program. Or maybe more women actually in leadership positions.
