working in early childhood development. the benefits are decent. discounted child care

Cons

Overworked due to lack of staff. Sometimes there are days where you won't be able to go to the bathroom on shift! The pay is laughable. Management is weak and not supportive. Customer first, employee second. Staff is young and/or inexperienced.
