Loving kids that make you laugh

Cons

Low pay, races of 0.25 cents. A lot of job for low money. Chaotic place, classrooms over ratio all the time. Favoritism from management for some employees creating bad work environment. Management only cares about money. I will never take my kids to that place.

low pay- they expect so much from teachers but pay very little and everyone pretty much starts off on the same pay grade even if you have a degree. poor management not enough support from management working with a lot of females so expect caddiness, gossip, and favoritism
