Good Company to work for

Pros

Good benefits, remote first work, lots of ERGs, good PTO structure, opportunity to work with colleagues across the world.

Cons

They could up revamp their base pay structure. Similar roles at other companies do tend to pay more. They offer equity but the amount granted sometimes depends on the role and performance

They provided fairly good benefits.

Cons

IF you are on a team where the leader of the team doesn't care to give direction, you are SOL if you actually care about moving the team forward. I experienced way too much toxic positivity, which made it so we couldn't actually deal with any problems. My time there was awful, but others had a very different experience. Choose your manager wisely.
