Amazing Team Members, Poor Leadership

Pros

Some of the best, most innovative team members I've ever experience. The people really love their work and really want to help creators.

Cons

Leaderships is out of touch. They've dramatically cut back on the resources that these amazing teams need to succeed. Now everyone is over-worked and struggling to continue advocating for creators. Leaderships is making it impossible.

- Best job I have ever had but nowhere near the place it used to be - WLB was decent throughout my tenure - Diversity and inclusion was a major focus throughout growth

Cons

- Most of Exec & Product Leadership were clueless to what the community actually wanted feature-wise - Trust & Safety Org was run by a complete lunatic
