The engineering at the company is very competent

The company is loosing all of its long term employees, loosing a lot of VERY important knowledge in the process. It continues to enshitify internally and externally, making it depressing to work at. Getting any kind of feedback is excruciatingly slow, be it personal feedback, or build status feedback.
