Pros

Competitive compensation, competitive benefits, flexible/remote work, opportunity to learn/grow - very high bar of excellence that was motivational to achieve.

Cons

Culture can be intense and its not for everyone but for those you are data driven, want to make a difference in the lives of others at a human level and to innovate in (traditional and non traditional ways) its a great ride.

Pros

Provides a positive and supportive working environment. The matching system they use works for therapist and clients. Flexible working hours Moderate pay balanced by good benefits.

Cons

Agency is strict (which does add to quality) however they want a strong adherence to measurement based care, and are strict with clients on no-shows (with not a lot of flexibility for issues clients may be having with their life)

Pros

Excellent continuing education opportunities with well-known speakers.

Cons

Manager was condescending, pay was low, expectations were unclear, focus was on moving clients through as quickly as possible…knew I had made a mistake taking the job when I was only a few weeks into it.
