pretty straight forward cleaning protocol, easy to remember and implement. sometimes you get tips.

Cons

you work on commission. when i was there if you had a partner you both got 10% but if you were alone you got 20%. after a while you start to notice how much the company actually charges for cleanings and that the percentage you get is hardly enough in comparison.
