I really wish I could say there was a pro.

Cons

No help from the owner. She didn’t want to be bothered with her business until her husband made her be. Left alone to figure out how to run daily tasks and cleans. Spent more time out cleaning than running the office.

We have a great team and system! Designed for people to make as much or as little money as they want. Faith and family friendly atmosphere. We really push each other to become the best versions of ourselves.

Cons

There's still room for improvement and would be nice for turnover to be lower.
