Pros

monday-friday and off on holidays. Building a relationship with the customers was important for me and it made me enjoy the job. The pay wasn't bad most of the time and they provide benefits.

I dont mind cleaning, it's a big stress release for me. I love the before and after when something is pretty dirty.

Cons

Pay isn't what they tell you when you sign up and it was less than minimum wage. Management was rude and I had to fight them for a fair pay check. No company vehicle. Paycheck doesn't match the hours you put in and pay you are supposed to get. Had to pay for our own uniform and background check if you didn't stay for 3 months. Don't always get tips. Have to use your own car.
