This is the worst paying job I have ever seen! Some days you can work all day and the commission equals out to 100 or less for a 10 hour day.
The owner seems super nice and cool as ever at first but do not be fooled! She always hates when you ask about pay and says you only care about pay this job is not for you.
A lot of days she will send you out on a team of 3 or even 4 and make you split the 40% commission. She will not even tell you that and thinks everyone is stupid…when you do ask about it she says oh well you are doing less work so you split it…
No one asks for less work! You are supposed to get 20% if you get a 10 and not only 13% or even 10%.
She makes everyone train new people with absolutely no incentives! The only thanks you get is less pay because most new people can’t keep up to do 3 homes a day. If you say you do not want to train she will fire you.
New people are coming in each week so it never stops. She also will say somedays today you are getting paid hourly but not tell toy how much and when you ask she says I’m still figuring things out.
She also excepts you to come back after working and do all this extra stuff for free.
She gives you random days off but gets mad if you have to call off for an emergency.
You will not make what is advertised which is 475-550 an week ever!
Run away! This is your warning! Take it from me IT JUST DOESN’T ADD UP!!!!
