      Some weird bureaucracy. Definite belt tightening last couple years. Things can move slow

      People are nice, WLB is real Good comp (but lower than some similar firms) WFH up to 25 days/month

      Cons

      Senior management is weird and dysfunctional Office food is limited Teams/work are very siloed

      I have had a great time working at TS so far. The culture is awesome, people are super friendly, and the work is really great. Would recommend to everyone!
