Any one who has to bring their Chief of Staff from one org to the next - in the same exact role - is someone who doesn’t value diversity of thought. Danger danger danger. Run, don’t walk.

Limited Creativity – Some roles may feel repetitive, offering little room for creative thinking or personal initiatives. Work Pressure – High expectations, deadlines, and demanding work culture can lead to stress and burnout. Office Politics – Favoritism, internal conflicts, or biased promotions can affect career growth. Slow Decision-Making – Big companies often have bureaucratic processes, slowing down innovation and problem-solving.
