      People are generally nice, very polite with one another. Benefits are quite generous

      There's a lot of internal politics. Hard work doesn't pay off. There's a lot of internal maneuver you need to manage in order to be "successful". It is extremely difficult to grow or learn new things, as a lot of the time is dedicated to resolve internal bureaucratic issues
