Pros
My recruiter was Jenny, she was incredible and personable. Definitely gave the company that family feel environment even prior to technically being in the company. The interview was about the same, definitely didn't feel overwhelming, everything clicked, and everyone was great. Been here over a month now, no regrets whatsoever. Hopefully will stay here for a very long time. Process was so good that I told a buddy about it from my old company and now we both work here. Other pros: pay, benefits (health /insurance, tuition assistance, reimbursement for fitness/health, etc.), atmosphere, culture, ability to move up from within / just the ability to move around internally.
