Great people Good benefits Safety program on point Lots of time off including holiday you never thought existed.

Cons

You dont move up fast unless folks get fired or retire. Pay is below private industry (but they working on it) When a natural disaster hits be ready to stay with the crew 24 - 7 till clean up is done, your family is on its own with out you better have a plan.
