      Pros

      -Great work life balance -Offer rotations within the Civil Engineering disciplines -Offer courses towards getting your FE & PE licenses

      Cons

      -No paid maternity leave (for a state job thats surprising) -I never understood the hype about State jobs concerning insurance/benefits, (you can get the same benefits at a private sector!). Only thing good about state jobs is work life balance -Salary needs serious improvement( even after getting PE license salary still needs massive improvement )
