Pros
Quick hiring process, great management. Vicky is incredible and very sweet. Schedule is flexible as long as you get the houses clean on time. Housekeeping/inspectors are not strict about vaccines- love it!
Cons
Carrying 3x 50lb bags up flights of stairs 3x4 times a day. Homes are hot, you may or may not work some days depending on how busy they are. They do not promptly fire you for the season, they just slowly stop giving you homes until you can't pay your bills as the season tapers off. You are underplayed for the amount of work and sweat you put in. 90% of the inspectors are often careless and provide little to no support, the other 10% carry the wight of the rest and are lifesavers. Work here if you want to make some money fast, I was able to make about $2,200/mo but it was short lived because of physical exhaustion and schedules being inconsistent. You need a form of transportation. Office staff at reservations are crazy about vaccines and can be hostile about it.
