      Pros

      The coworker relationships built within your department feel like family ties. The company has excellent community involvement.

      Cons

      Communication is lacking from upper management to front line staff as well as across departments. There's not always a defined process or procedure for how to address a problem. Lack of accountability for one's actions. Unclear direction. Poor work life balance.

      Pros

      Fun and hard-working company culture. They are constantly looking to improve and have a focus on the guest experience with is really nice. I love my co-workers! Hospitality can be stressful so who you work with is important!

      Cons

      Most jobs require weekend work and overtime especially during Summer, that doesn't work great for everyone.
