      This is a fast growing company with a strong reputation. Loads of opportunity for growth for people who know how to work hard and contribute. There's still a family type environment and a lot of strong relationships.

      Cons

      To be successful, you need to be flexible and dig in to really contribute. If you're looking for an 8-5, Mon-Fri gig, it may be difficult to find.
