Pros
Currently there is little to no micro managment. Benefits are good and the work load is steady and manageable most months.
Cons
Scheduling. Most of the time the scheduling of projects is poor. They just don't leave enough time to complete quality product. Have meetings on b how to improve the process and then no action is taken
