Pros

Nice benefits: medical, dental, vision, up to 3% 401K matching. Subsidized catered meal at work. Free onsite fitness center. Beautiful newly built building . Friendly co-workers.

Cons

Effort is not recognized fairly. (at least half of those given awards do not deserve them) Employees morale is very low due to overworking conditions. Work that takes several days is expected to be done in one day. Really?? This is a joke. Bonus is way too low. (max up to 2 weeks when company is making RECORD profits) No work life/balance. Most people in this group have zero personality. Most probably due to the specific type of personality hired and mental overload. SQL is the only marketable skill set you will gain. Learning ODYSSEY work processes and data is 80% of the job. With that in mind, I would not recommend anyone who wants to maintain a marketable skill sets to work here. Profit driven - management is preaching work life balance but its actions indicate otherwise.

Pros

Truthfully speaking there are few positives working for this company besides the fact that you will get paid for your time and receive benefits after the probationary period. That and have more experience in this field of work.

Cons

Low uncompetitive wages, expensive health care plan in comparison to others, bad management and office atmosphere,401k the lowest match I have ever seen,no job security, very high turnover, unhelpful hr department, employees not valued and viewed as disposable.

Pros

Treat individual employees well as far as allowing time for illness, injury, etc. Solid- in that if you do even an OK job, you will NEVER get fired. Many divisions, so possible advancement and opportunity

Cons

Nepotism and Good ol' Boy club- many folks who have been there for years skate by contributing little Middle management needs management training. Seniority alone should not move you up the ladder. For a company that has been around as long as it has, it is not very mature in it's processes. They have been doing the same things that same way for a long time, but it's not the best way. They are not learning from their mistakes. Training for Implementation team is nearly non-existent. This team is a key money-maker for the company and not given the tools to present in front of clients. They are told to "get in there and click buttons" to learn the software.
