No value for employees. My whole team was remove from department and company without even any coaching or warning and no bad feedback from management. Some of us even got Employee of the year for our department. We only got the notice that we are to be remove effective this specific date and the catch is they did not even remove us. They made a deal with us to resign rather than removing us because they know the reason for removing our team is not a valid reason to our labor code in the philippines. Yes they gave compensation but if you are looking for job security. This is not the company for it
