It's OK if you're not eager to grow

Pros

I love the people I work with, and I even like most of the customers. The atmosphere is pretty casual, too. Good work/personal life balance.

Cons

If you start in another area and work hard to gain skills / return to school, your salary will not reflect it, especially compared to peers (which are crowdsourced here on Glassdoor). That kills the incentive to improve.

Pros

The campus is very cool. In the warmer months going for a walk on their private trail was awesome. Also, the lunches were subsidized. You could we a great lunch every day at a pretty good price point.

Cons

The pay was ok, but the processes were very disorganized.
