Pros

Great people; open, friendly, smart, exciting co-workers. Everyone is focused on being responsive and helpful whenever needed. Great benefits: 401k, employee stock purchase plan, and some other benefits that are unique. Stable growth: Tyler is hiring a lot, but also is being thoughtful of their growth and the direction they're headed with every team. Overall, this company has a genuine concern for the well-being of its employees. I consider myself very lucky to work for this company and would recommend it to anyone.

Cons

There's a lot of resources as an employee (many online tools). However, they're working towards condensing the go-to resource for connecting to all those resources when needed. This isn't really a complaint, but something they're working on as they grow in size.
