Pros

- Very healthy market position, product portfolio and business growth. - Attentive management, very solid company foundations and values. Both Renton and Maine offices / people are outstanding. - Good onboarding and training process (as I gather it has recently improved). - Good work / life balance, working with decent, professional people, very little bs as far as I can tell. Casual dress code in office, and very decent break room facilities. - Working with contemporary technologies (Microsoft stack) and a diverse customer base. This all adds up to a 5-star ranking which is rare in today's corporate environment.

Cons

The Renton office is a bit out of the way in terms of surroundings (car dealerships, industrial etc.). But it's a better commute for most people than into Seattle.

Pros

Friendly Colleagues who are willing to help, great building, free soda's, juice, tea, great benefits.

Cons

Terrible pay for the work you do as a deployment specialist. Pay is no where near in line with the workload. Technical management, in particular, deployment management is lacking in a lot of ways. The lack of professionalism and lack of wanting to hear employees out is astonishing from a management position. Deployment management does not honor employee request mentioned in interview. For me, my request was no week long travel, and minimal after hours work. At the time of the interview, the deployment management agreed to this and said at most you are gone 3 days a week and it is usually only every few weeks. I made it clear how I could not do week long/after hours travel. Deployment management is extremely condescending and un-willing to hear the employees piece. Take into account, deployment will honor your request in the interview, then deny every hearing you say it later on.
