      Frustrating.....

      Pros

      Working with an industry leader. Nice people.

      Cons

      Very harsh environment for project managers. If you know how a project should be managed, this is not the place for you. Most of the senior management team has no project management background. It reflects in the decisions that are made. PM turn over rate is EXTREMLY high.

      Pros

      For the most part, you're allowed to do your work without someone watching over your shoulder. Management treats employees well.

      Cons

      The only thing bad thing I can say about the Dayton office is the proximity to restaurants. There are very few near here. There are no perks.
