      Pros

      Great work/life balance in most cases. Very responsive company when the pandemic hit. Lots of opportunity to work in many technical stacks (depending on what team you're on)

      Cons

      Slow to keep up with technology. Can at times fail to understand the needs of developers. Makes it clear Sales is the priority an not development staff.
