I loved my coworkers at Tyler and the general attitude in the office. It's a mellow environment, definitely not cutthroat or overly competitive. There are a lot of great friendships within the office.

Cons

Pay is below average. Management is a bit bureaucratic and risk-averse, which I didn't like.
