Pros

Cool technology, lots of potential in the industry. Used to be on a very good path, highly motivated, competent and nice people.

Cons

Not keeping agreements is a no-go, seemingly great organizational culture, with a closer look uncovering aggression, disrespect, ego and power games as ways of management. No feedback and growth plans for employees, very sad for the many great people still working there.

Pros

flexible work hours, organized onboarding procedure, great onboarding support, having a mentor assigned, regular employee feedback, good benefits, private health insurance, stock options, comfortable office work conditions, kind colleagues, support for continuous learning (financial support for courses e.g.), etc.

Cons

There are no explicit cons, and even when someone has feedback or suggestions, they are heard.
