Pros

This was a very good company to work, a lot of challenges, but always with support of my superior and all goals were achieved. It has been a pleasure to work here, not that is is easy, it is not an easy job, but it is very well rewarded.

Cons

Difficult comunication, too many e-mails and sometimes people just answer you if his boss in copy. Difficult to plan the expenses, because there is always a new project coming allong.
