Remote work is sometimes allowed. Health insurance is nice but expensive for spouse/children.

Cons

Disrespectful to staff, poor communication, low bonuses for staff, low raises or opportunities for growth. Toxic environment. Caters to attorneys and not much else.

Great management, reasonable billable requirements, collegial atmosphere, great people. Good salaries, great benefits and bonus structure. Firm is growing exponentially, looking for 50 (yes 50) new attorneys before July of this year.

Cons

There is a lack of space due to the massive expansion that is in the process of being addressed.
