Pros

Collaborative environment. Coworkers are bright, friendly, and supportive. Billable hour requirement is reasonable and management fosters a collegial environment. Tyson Mendes university helps train newer attorneys and refresh those who have been practicing a while. Good job of promoting within.

Cons

Workloads can become unreasonable, but that is also the nature of litigation. Management appears to be doing what it can to spread workload.

The company is growing and thriving. Everyone works hard but I truly believe management genuinely cares about making this a family-like environment where we are appreciated for our hard work. Standards are high. This is not a place to come in and coast, but if you work hard and produce good work, you will be rewarded.

Cons

It is not perfect. The company is growing and learning along the way. The important thing is management is open to hearing about concerns and addressing them.
