This is a “unicorn” firm where you have talented, engaged, kind, and transparent leadership that not only wants you to win, they want you to be a good human that adheres to the highest ethical standards and takes care of yourself, as well as your cases. We have the support we need to succeed, and open dialogue with leadership when something needs to be addressed. Hands down the best place I have ever worked. We have such brilliant attorneys among us, there is so much great experience to draw from. We are constantly learning and encouraged to grow and develop as advocates. My colleagues are also really nice people, who I enjoy being around and that makes work fun.
