      I suppose you get a paycheck

      Cons

      You must take vacation days even if coerced to work on those days. The offices are not nice and they keep shifting the goals on in-office time. You can randomly have a two-person job while others duck work because of how your department was structured 15 years ago. No training. Nasty management.
