Pros

Ok pay, benefits are ok now but they keep getting reduced.

Cons

Some of the dumbest and most incompetent management I have ever experienced. Been here ten years and it keeps getting worse. Looking for a better opportunity. Good luck.

Pros

Have grown a career and leaned lots of new things over the last 10 years I have worked for CBP

Cons

Hiring freezes and the lack of ability to move from one area to another. Some folks display favoritism.
