Don’t bother

Pros

Great pay and that’s it

Cons

Management in my OIT dept is left un checked to terrorize its employees. You have management who does not know about the field they are managing. You have supervisors who show no positive enforcement and are constantly looking to write you up for any infraction they can manufacture or find. The union is powerless against these people and work life is terrible. Worst decision I made taking this job. Department morale is extremely low and turn over is high.

Pros

Decent pay, good benefits such as PTO. AWS and telework are great accommodations to the job.

Cons

Job can be repetitive and bland at times. Very few TDY opportunities.

Pros

Good salary Lots of Overtime Very Good benefits

Cons

The Overtime is there even when you don't want it. You work six days a week for two days off.
