Pros

The people. 100%. They are friendly, helpful, and patient. I had the pleasure (or luck) to go through my employment without any major issues with my coworkers

Cons

The amount of work was sometimes a lot, and the cause of stress for many of my coworkers. Also there seemed to be lots of waste of money and time on dumb things.

Pros

Good money, annual step increases

Cons

Employees communicate in Spanish all day long as if it's a foreign country. Travelers very disrespectful if you don't speak Spanish. Tons of supervisors who can't make decisions due to being afraid of upper management. Mandatory overtime with only 2 hour notice, no support for family life or childcare, 125+ in the summer, working outside with only portacoolers that are always breaking, port itself is always filthy, even barricades are filled with trash, ice machine often has mold, employees had to fight to get drinkable water tanks installed. Dont get gym time like BP does, nor even basics like sunscreen which they are given. Limited training opportunities or tdy in other areas due to port director not approving it.
