Open communications, talented peers and terrific subject matter experts on the intricacies of securitization. Solid opportunities to learn, great compensation and benefits.

Cons

Sometimes way too crowded, too many contractors taking up valuable physical space.

Pros

Decent Pay, I think that is the only one thing I could think of

Cons

Horrible Work life balance and have to put lot of long hours, weekends, midnights etc. Very poorly written user stories and worst planning I've ever seen(stay away if you're developer). They call it Agile just for the sake of it. Not so good technology stack Culture is very bad and managers are literally useless. Huge office Politics and heavily contractor dependent company. Horrible Recruiting/HR Team.
