Pros

- 401k match - Fannie and Freddie joint venture

Cons

- No growth or promotion. - Less than 10% of the company got promoted, last year. Rest of the company had less than 3% pay hike. Year before that, there were even less promotion. - Random layoffs and frequent firings - Management is of very poor quality - Very much unplanned

Pros

There is job security if you consider it just a job and not career. People are nice to your face.

Cons

Everything else. If you are a developer stay away! There is no innovation or vision. You watch your talents waste away. Trust me. Management does not care about employee morale. No diversity. It's only white and indian men in management. No one is trying to fix it.
