Heavy workload, make you figure stuff out when your new frustrating at times tough getting right answer from management

Exposed to working on large projects with construction budgets of $100's of millions. You work with some of the best architects and contractors in the U.S.

Cons

There are people who work really really hard and they don't have time to spend with you. Then there are people who are waiting for retirement.
